Stihl 028 with 61.5 cc ??

I got this Stihl 028 AVSEQ the other day... this is what it says on the label:

Is that a typo??

028 there are 2 diff, ona with 42cc and one with 47cc
i think it a real chinees model

Jack, it is a Stihl 028 :wink: 100%
I was very surprised to find this spec. I also have a couple of 028 with 51.5 cc. Those were the last series Super versions.

Might be a typo done at the printer's... :lol:

I'll take some more pics of the saw when I find the time...

yes i know off the 51.5cc that where the specials
for what i know they where special made fore some attachment
like sort cabellift for high cabels like in holland
the 028 whas endit production and stihl has some cilinderset from a bigger type
i think it whas from the 038 earli type
always happy with , stihl

As soon as I find the time :wink: . This year has been amazingly busy so far and it doesn't look it will be any different from now, but I'll have some time over and after the New Year craze.

Well Stephan. if that saw gets to cumbersome on your schedule I have a soft spot for em , Box it up and send the lil orphan to be with its on kind
