Few differences that I can see. I have a 475.
Like Kevin says its just a little smaller cc and it along with the 425 and 505 have the air injection that the 415 and 475 do not have.

I believe it just depends on the age, if a 475 has the fully developed air injection or not - it sure does on the similar (also 76.5cc) P7700 and 2077.
The PP445 is the same as the P710, and 70.7cc - and the IPL posted here by cut4fun shows the AI duct (SuperClean in PP lingo).

Yep I sure can.
0160025 on one and 0240161 on the other.
Both are 1990 saws then - fits well with the lack of the fully developed "Air injection". The 2077 got it for 1992, as far as I know!
